Ms. Cooks is an associate in the Finance & Acquisitions Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on acquisition transactions, securities law disclosure and compliance, and asset management.

Prior to joining DGS, she served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Maria E. Berkenkotter in Colorado’s 20th Judicial District in Boulder, Colorado.

Ms. Cooks received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as the managing editor for the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law. During law school, she also worked as a legal intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission and as a judicial intern for Judge John L. Kane in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.  Ms. Cooks received her B.A., graduating cum laude, from the University of Delaware.
