Will Myer is an associate in the Finance & Acquisitions Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice focuses on corporate and business law including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining DGS, Mr. Myer served as a law clerk to Justice Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court.
During law school, Mr. Myer won back-to-back national championships at the LawMeets® transactional law negotiation and drafting competition. He was elected Chairman of the University of Colorado Law School's student-run transactional law division, and served as a student attorney in the school's Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
Prior to law school, Mr. Myer worked as a lender for a commercial bank in Denver. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2010, summa cum laude, with a degree in Business Finance.
