Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Marta Orpiszewska has joined the firm’s Environmental & Public Lands Group as of counsel. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
Ms. Orpiszewska’s practice focuses on environmental and energy matters, with a particular emphasis on compliance counseling, commercial transactions, and contaminated land cleanups. Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Orpiszewska was a senior associate in the Denver office of an international law firm. She advised businesses operating in heavily regulated sectors, such as the energy, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, on federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety laws. She also counseled clients on a broad range of regulations, including CERCLA, RCRA, OSHA, TSCA, and various state and local laws.
Ms. Orpiszewska received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
