Emily Sheldon

Emily Sheldon partners with the firm’s top leadership to hire the best attorneys and implement training and development programs to ensure their success at DGS. She leads the firm’s attorney recruitment efforts, training and mentoring programs, annual evaluation and coaching processes, and actively manages attorney integration. Ms. Sheldon also serves as a liaison to the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Partnership Selection Committees, and oversees the Associate Committee. She brings over a decade of law firm management, including past positions with AM Law 100 firms.

Ms. Sheldon received her B.S.B.A. in International Business from the University of Denver. She has held various board positions with the Denver Area Legal Recruiting Association and has presented on topics such as leading impactful summer programs and effective attorney mentoring at the annual National Association for Law Placement conference.
