Rob McCary is not admitted to practice in Colorado, but his application is pending. He is an associate in the Finance & Acquisitions Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Mr. McCary was employed by the firm as a summer associate in 2018. During his time as a summer associate, he researched and analyzed a wide variety of legal issues for clients of all sizes.
Prior to joining DGS, Mr. McCary interned with the U.S. District Court of Colorado under Judge John L. Kane. He also interned at Level 3 Communications, where he supported in-house attorneys on both transactional and litigation matters.
During law school, Mr. McCary was managing editor of the Colorado Law Review. He competed in various interscholastic legal competitions, including the CU Interdisciplinary Ethics Tech Competition (winner), and the Colorado Law Transactional Cup, (semi-finalist and was awarded “Best 1L Draft”). He then represented CU Law at the regional LawMeets Transactional Competition.
Before pursuing a career as an attorney, Mr. McCary served as Backcountry Program Director at the TVRC Education Foundation in Jackson, Wyoming.
Mr. McCary is a member of the William E. Doyle Inn of Court as well as the American and Colorado Bar Associations.
