The presentation will include information about ethical witness preparation, the use of generative artificial intelligence by lawyers, and choice-of-law rules as applied to the rules of professional conduct. Among the rules of professional conduct covered in the presentation will be Rules 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 2.1, and 8.5.
