DGS Adds Three New Associates

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has added three new associates who are admitted to practice law in Colorado: Kendall Godley, Hannah Williams, and Eric Wright. Their collective experience will further strengthen the firm’s capabilities when assisting clients with a variety of transactional matters.

Kendall Godley: A former summer associate at DGS, Mr. Godley will focus his practice on corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate matters. He received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his MBA and B.S. from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. While in law school, he was a student attorney at the Community Economic Development Clinic. In addition, he served as an associate editor for the Denver Law Review and as an alumni-student mentor for the Colorado Pledge to Diversity. Prior to joining DGS, he was a legal extern at Rubicon Law and, more recently, at Arrow Electronics.

Hannah Williams: Ms. Williams, a past summer associate at DGS, will focus her practice on corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, public companies and capital markets, and securities law. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her BBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. During law school, Ms. Williams was a judicial intern for the Honorable Christopher Zenisek of Colorado’s 1st Judicial District and also interned at Arrow Electronics, Crow Legal, and RNS Capital Partners. Prior to law school, Ms. Williams was a recruiting director for Spectrum Search Partners, an executive search firm specializing in private equity backed companies.

Eric Wright: A former summer associate at DGS, Mr. Wright will focus his practice on corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate matters. He received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his B.A. from Stanford University. During law school, he was class vice president and served as an articles editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal. After completing his undergraduate program in economics, he worked as a financial analyst for Maxim Integrated in San Jose, California, and then as an account manager at Funding Circle in San Francisco.
