Haley Van Broekhoven

Ms. Van Broekhoven is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she focuses her practice on intellectual property and technology transactions, emerging companies and venture capital, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, her M.A. in International Political Economy from the University of Kent, Brussels School of International Studies, and her B.A. in International Affairs and Business from the University of South Florida.

Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Van Broekhoven gained ten years of business experience across industries such as finance, healthcare, and technology. As a vendor strategy manager in the Boulder, Colorado, office of Google, she worked on a broad range of commercial agreements and collaborated closely with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and operational challenges to implement consistent, competitive service agreements.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Van Broekhoven served as a program manager and legal extern in the Denver office of Evelance Health, a Fortune 100 health insurance plan provider. Before that, she worked for Raymond James Financial, a global financial services company headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she obtained her Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
